I am new to the T4K Board of Directors, and my mission is to increase the amount of support that T4K can provide to cancer support organizations in Texas and along the ride routes because they truly make a difference in the lives of individuals touched by cancer.

About Vasek for T4K

Like many families, mine has been touched by cancer directly. Every day I ride for my late husband Jim Vasek, who bravely fought glioblastoma for 28 months. He rode the ATLAS ride for several years before moving on to organize the rest stops on ATLAS and serving on the Grants Committee. The T4K family supported us on our cancer journey, and I am committed to giving back to T4K in return. While T4K supports cancer research through grants, they also provide support to cancer support organizations who assist with transportation, provide housing for families whose loved ones are in cancer treatment, offer support to cancer survivors, and more.
